Tamworth Community Nurse Association
Historic Map, circa 1932
This beautifully detailed map was originally created in 1932 “for the benefit of the District Nurse.”  It includes drawings of significant locations in the area, a brief history of the founding of the town of Tamworth and the surnames of the 1932 residents of all the houses in Tamworth as the surrounding towns.  Research is currently being done to learn more about the map’s origins.

Our fine reproduction is available in three formats:
30”x32” Printed on Enhanced Gloss Paper $75.00
20”x21” Printed on Enhanced Gloss Paper $50.00

All proceeds benefit the Tamworth Community Nurse Association (TCNA), a nonprofit organization funded entirely with private donations and town support, which has provided free community nursing care to all residents of Tamworth since 1921.  TCNA’s purpose is to provide preventative services, promotion of well-being as well as care for those who are ill or disabled.

Copies of the original map can be found in many old Tamworth homes, in the TCNA office, and the History Room at the Cook Memorial Library.

To order your copy please contact the TCNA office at 603-323-8511
